acquired a shareholding in Aljac Fuelling
Components Limited. Aljac is a specialist
supplier of safe and innovative aviation
refueling systems and equipment.
"This partnership takes Aljac to the
next level of our development and will
bring about a tremendous improvement in
the global support of our product range,"
said Dave Smith, managing director of
Aljac. "The combined resources of Elaflex and Aljac will generate a lot of added
value for our clients."

Aljac will continue to operate independently, with no staff changes.

WFS to Operate HartsfieldJackson Airport's New Cargo
Building C

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is
extending its North American network
to Atlanta after winning the tender to
operate Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta
International Airport's (H-JAIA) new
Cargo Building C, a key part of the airport's multi-billion dollar master plan to
accommodate the future aviation needs of
the region.
"This is a really big win for WFS and
for the airlines we will be working with in
Atlanta. As the biggest handler in North

America, present at over 60 major airports, Atlanta has been a significant gap
in our network," Mike Simpson, WFS'
executive vice president Americas, said.
"We have been very attracted to Atlanta
for some time and are excited by what we
can do to support the airport's long-term
growth, most notably by bringing our
best-in-class global safety and security
standards to the market. We applaud the
City of Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson
Atlanta International Airport for investing
in the modernization of its cargo infrastructure to meet the fast-growing cargo
demand in the region."
WFS will commence operations in
Cargo Building C in late 2019 and will
announce its launch customers shortly.

PrimeFlight Aviation Services
Acquires Majestic Terminal
Services

PrimeFlight Aviation Services announced
the acquisition of Washington-based
air cargo and ground handling company,
Majestic Terminal Services.
"The acquisition of Majestic Terminal
Services expands our ground handling
footprint as well as adds new service
offerings to our network, including air
cargo and charter support services," said
Dan Bucaro, CEO of PrimeFlight Aviation
Services. "In addition to the expansion of
services, we are excited to serve six new
airports and increase our presence at five
existing markets."
With a presence at 11 airports across
the U.S., Majestic Terminal Services offers
a multitude of services including cargo,
mail, ground handling, truckyard, charter, shuttle, aircraft cleaning and ground
support equipment maintenance services.
Majestic Terminal Services will operate
under its brand as a wholly owned subsidiary, as PrimeFlight works to integrate
the operations into its service network.

Menzies Aviation Chooses
Avtura D-ICE System to
Manage European Deicing
Operations

Menzies Aviation has contracted
Gatwick-based company Avtura Limited to use its pioneering D-ICE deicing
management solution across all European
deicing operations.
The system will be deployed across 23
Menzies stations from the beginning of
the 2019/2020 winter season and will
be installed in 100 deicing rigs. The new
technology is expected to boost deicing
operational efficiency, benefiting airline
on-time performance in adverse weather
conditions.
"Avtura is a results-focused solutions

is completely intuitive, easy to use and
guides each user through the same safe
and repeatable process. It also collects
invaluable information which as a business, we have previously not been able to
