gasoline-electrically driven vacuum
toilet service unit containing all the
valued features of the ZVTS, such as the
vacuum system, fast and high performing
operations and with a very high level of
safety for both aircraft and ground crew. The E-ZVTS creates less airborne particles
in the congested gate environment and no exhaust filter regeneration. The gasolinepowered chassis drives a generator, which in turn drives all functions on the E-ZVTS.
As there are no hydraulic pump, pressure or hoses, the unit has minimal maintenance.
Designed for warmer climates, the E-ZVTS can be fitted on different standard truck
chassis to fit various operations.

deep cleaning maintenance on
lavatory pump system, soak the entire
pump for 12 to 24 hours then flush

the newly designed coupling that
incorporates an integral self-sealing
poppet. After use, the coupling can be
disconnected from the aircraft without
shutting off fluid flow through the
hose. Upon disconnection of the
coupling, the poppet automatically
closes preventing the pressurized line
from discharging fluid onto the ramp.
If flow to the hose is shut-off, the
closed poppet prevents residual fluid
in the hose line from leaking out onto
the ramp.
