Upgrade Your Fleet and Bring Down
Your Operating Costs with NorCal Vans
Solving Your Transportation Needs for Nearly Four Decades
Public transportation needs have been
changing significantly over the past decade and you need solutions to offer your
customers. From ever increasing requirements for ADA compliance, to increased
competition in a world full of Ubers and
Lyfts, large buses are not always the best
choice for many counties and cities. Half
empty buses are not an ideal choice for
cost savings in any city, but especially in
small towns and rural areas. If you are
looking for a way to help your customers
keep fares down, keep maintenance and
fueling costs at a minimum, and still meet
the need that exists for public transit, it's
time to look at options.
Keeping fares low and maintaining
wide service coverage becomes difficult
when we look at the inefficiencies of traditional buses in some areas of the country. Let NorCal Vans show you the cost
savings you can realize from purchase to
fuel efficiency and ongoing maintenance
by changing all or part of your bus fleet
over to the American-made Ford Transits.
Adapted for wheelchairs and offering full
ADA compliance, our fleet of smaller buses can help any community's transportation needs and allow tax dollars to fund
other important initiatives.
At NorCal we are a team of people
committed to meeting the needs of our
customers. From our engineers and innovators in the warehouse, to our sales
team and customer service group, the focus is on making sure that we listen well,
communicate well, and deliver what you
expected on time and with the quality
that has set NorCal apart in our industry.
NorCal Vans is FTA Certified TVM
(Transit Vehicle Modifier) and Ford QVM/
eQVM (Qualified Vehicle Modifier).

The "Shift N Step" is a dual entry system allowing
operators the ability to use the Ford OEM van
chassis and have a side-mounted 34" wide
wheelchair lift installed. When you want to shift
the lift so ambulatory users can access the side
entry position, the driver simply activates the
"Shift N Step" system and the wheelchair lift gently
glides rearward allowing for ambulatory access.
