FEATURES AND BENEFITS
* Allows for precision and accuracy by simply
placing the tool on the work surface, pulling
back on the spring, and releasing.
* A safe alternative to using a hammer,

glancing blows.
* Prick punch: Scribes lines in metal before
cutting or riveting.
* Pin punch: Drives out and removes already
loosened pins and keys.

MANUFACTURING SPECS
The tips are precision CNC machined to the
specifications of each tooltip. They're then
roll-knurled and custom heat treated in-house.
They all feature a black oxide finish and are
assembled by hand. Each set weighs 0.5 lbs.
STORAGE AND DISPLAY
The 3-pc Hammerless Set comes in a
convenient pouch that can easily hang for
display. Sold in multiples of one with no
minimum. If a case is ordered, it ships in a box
of 10.
APPLICATION
Mayhew Tools Hammerless 3-pc Set, No. 89021,
provides multiple tools designed for wood and
metal applications, used to mark, cut, start, and
set, all without the use of a hammer.
ORIGIN
The idea for this product came about because
Mayhew wanted to provide a solution in places/
applications where it would be difficult or
impossible to use a hammer when the user does
not have enough space to swing it to achieve the
desired amount of force to complete the job.
