The OTC Powertrain Lift Differential
Adapter Set, No. 5295-DA, is designed
to facilitate the removal and installation
of common differentials currently in use.
Compatible with OTC's Powertrain Lift
Table, No. 5295, the adapter mounts easily to provide safe and proper handling of
differential axle assemblies during servicing. The adapter set consists of two axle
tube stands that support each side of
the axle housing, while a pinion adapter
stabilizes the differential from rotating
to provide safer component access and
service for technicians. The adapters are
height-adjustable and feature hook points
to attach the hold-down strap (included) to
keep the axle assembly firmly positioned
throughout service. It has a rated capacity
of 800 lbs.
