THE REVIEW:
Q: How did the tool function as far
as saving you time?
A: It was a really handy tool. I was able
to put it to work immediately. I could grab
the driver and a 1/4 " bit set and get going.
It was comfortable to hold and fit in my
front or back pocket while working without
being bulky.
Q: How has using this tool impacted
your shop's profitability?
A: It is a quick little driver and has
much more power than I expected it to
have. Being able to switch bits out was
always quick and easy even when my
hands were slick or when the tool was
covered in dirt.
Q: What kind of setup was involved
before using the product?
A: I used the driver to remove the interior
of a car that I'm parting out and I only
had to turn it manually a few times. When
I used it manually it worked great. It was
easy to grip to loosen the fastener and then
use the power to quickly remove it. It was
also used to remove a few downspouts and
then attach new ones. It had the power to
run the pointed screws through the two
pieces of metal about 20 times with no
signs of slowing down. I feel it would've
kept going but the job was finished.
Q: How easy was it to use?
A: Super easy! I let a couple other people
try it along with my bit set and without
needing any explanation they quickly figured
out how it worked and loved it. My
wife wants her own for her projects around
the house.
Q: How was its packaging? Did it
come with any accessories?
A: It was packaged very well. It was
packaged in a way that it could be taken
out without cutting the packaging to pieces.
It could easily be put back together if
you bought it as a gift and wanted to try
it for yourself first. It came with one long
#2 Phillips bit. The package has spaces
to hold a total of five long driver bits
which could be one reason for the highquality
packaging.
Q: What features did you like?
A: I really liked everything about it. The
easy-to-operate locking chuck with soft grip
handle was the perfect size. I guess one small
feature is the " mainstream " charging port
that makes it possible to get a new cord almost
anywhere. Chances are you already have
something that uses it. The dust cover for the
port is important for dirty environments as
well. The little LED light works great under
a dash.
Q: What types of jobs/repairs did
you use this tool for?
A: I used it for some automotive interior
work, gutter replacement, my wife
used it to change a bunch of wall plates
in the house. I also used it to drill some
holes in some plastic and thin sheet metal
just to see how it would do. I was not let
down whatsoever.
Q: How does this tool compare to
other tools you've used like it?
A: Other tools I've used are too bulky,
heavy, weak, or don't keep a charge as well
as this does.
Q: Is there any way you could think
to improve or add to this tool?
A: Serviceable battery. It would also be
cool if it came with a little holster for your
belt that would hold a few extra bits.
