UPMC PARK INFORMATION
FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Concession stands and portable stands
are located throughout UPMC Park.
FOUL BALLS
Fans are welcome to keep any baseball
hit or thrown into the stands. Please be
aware that bats and thrown or batted
balls can cause personal injury. For your
safety, please pay attention to the game
at all times. The Erie SeaWolves are not
liable for any harm, injuries, or damage
sustained by any spectator, or to any
spectator's property, including all risks -
whether seen or unforeseen.
GUEST SERVICES
Blaze Pizza Guest Services is located just
inside the main entrance to assist with information
and inquiries and to serve as a
check-in area for game day experiences.
Fans attending their first game can also
request a First Game Certificate at Blaze
Pizza Guest Services.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS
Health and safety conditions may evolve
during the baseball season. Guests must
adhere to any applicable public health or
MLB measures at the time of attendance.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found items should be reported
to Blaze Pizza Guest Services. After each
game, misplaced items will be taken to
the UPMC Park Box Office. Inquiries can
be made to (814) 456-1300.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise can be purchased at
seawolves.com, during all home games,
and at the Team Store from MondayFriday
(10 a.m.- 4 p.m.) year-round
(excluding holiday closures).
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items are posted near the
stadium entrance. All Guests are
expected to comply, and failure to do so
will result in ejection.
PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS
On some game days, promotional items
may be given to a select number of
attendees (e.g., first 1,000 attendees).
Items are limited to one per ticketed
guest. An individual holding multiple
tickets is not entitled to multiple items.
Guests must attend the game and meet
the advertised criteria to receive an item.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located along the first
and third base concourses, on the suite
level, and at the Bud Light Party Deck. All
restrooms are handicap accessible and
offer diaper changing areas.
SECURITY
Security officers are present before,
during, and after all games throughout
the ballpark. If security is needed at any
time, please see the nearest SeaWolves
Crew Member to assist.
SMOKING
Erie Events facilities, including UPMC
Park, are smoke-free. Guests wishing to
smoke may exit the stadium and present
their ticket at the gate for re-entry.
TICKETS
Fans can purchase SeaWolves tickets at
the UPMC Park Box Office or online at
seawolves.com. Fans purchasing before
game day or online can save money
versus game day ticket prices. To book
a group outing or to learn more about
special events and ticket packages,
