UPMC PARK INFORMATION
ATM
An ATM is conveniently located inside
the SeaWolves Team Store. Please note
that the majority of stadium food and
beverage transaction points accept only
electronic payment forms.
ALCOHOL POLICY
In compliance with Pennsylvania law,
alcohol will not be served to anyone
under the age of 21. Fans may be asked to
show a valid ID at the time of purchase.
The Erie SeaWolves reserve the right to
refuse any sale. Alcohol is served until
the first pitch of the ninth inning.
AUTOGRAPHS
Autographs will be subject to health and
safety conditions throughout the season.
Guests will be asked to comply with any
local or MLB policy in place. Players
are not permitted to sign autographs
during the game. On most game days,
kids 12 & under can arrive early to get an
autograph at CVS Kids Autograph Corner.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
Non-Game Days (during season):
Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Closed holidays including 5/30, 7/4, & 9/5.
Game Days: 10 a.m.- 15 minutes after game
Window will open at 9 a.m. for 11:05 a.m. starts.
BROADCASTS
SeaWolves fans can listen to every game
on Fox Sports Radio 1330 AM WFNN, at
seawolves.com, or with the iHeart app
on your mobile device. Every SeaWolves
game is available to watch via streaming
with a subscription to MiLB.TV. For only
$49.99, you can watch the SeaWolves
and games from across the minors all
season long.
CAMERAS
Handheld cameras are permitted in
UPMC Park. Flash photography, tripods,
drone use, and video reproduction are
prohibited. For professional credentials,
please email seawolves@seawolves.com.
CASHLESS POINTS OF SALE
Most food and drink checkouts, including
all portable locations, will be cashless in
2022. If you need an electronic payment
method, food and beverage gift cards
can be purchased with cash at the UPMC
Park Box Office.
ELEVATORS
Elevators are located on the concourse
near the Sweet Spot and by the Picnic
Perch in right field. Elevators offer access
to suites and sections 201-206. Ticketed
Stadium Club Guests can access the left
field gathering space via elevator as well.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
To provide a welcoming experience for
all, the SeaWolves have implemented a
Fan Code of Conduct. Full details can be
found on page 22 of Play Ball magazine.
FIELD RAMP
A ramp to field-level is located in right
field for fans with accessibility devices.
FIRST AID
The EmergyCare First Aid Room
is located next to the Sweet Spot.
Emergency medical personnel are on
duty at each game for the safety and
convenience of all fans.
FLAGSHIP FUNLAND
Located near the Smith's Hot Dog Hut
in left field, Flagship Funland features a
variety of attractions for kids including
inflatable bounces and a putt-putt hole.
