This patient, who has a heavily restored dentition, requested restoration of worn maxillary anterior teeth. We used a Dahl Appliance to develop some restorative space on the palatal of teeth 6-11. Posterior contacts were re-established after nine months, after which teeth 7-10 were restored with full-coverage crowns.
