philip2000 I believe the conservative route is always the best route. Maybe I can learn something (even after more than 20 years of experience). I would be more likely to try to fi ll than do a crown on a primary tooth. If it is a very large fi ll, then perhaps a crown. Should treatment philosophy be any different on pedo teeth with that regard? Large fi lls drive the need for crowns. (This assumes the tooth is going to be in the mouth one year or longer. If it is ready to exfoliate in a couple of months, leave it alone or extract?) ■ 5/29/2021 Member Since: 11/30/02 Post: 16 of 379 FREE FACTS, circle 15 on card dentaltown.com \\ OCTOBER 2021 37http://preat.com/overdenture-stud-maze http://www.dentaltown.com
