zxzxzx Is the CC crowding or profile or both? ■ 3/9/2017 Member Since: 02/28/03 Post: 7 of 19 Fenrisúlfr CC was lower crowding, no profile concerns. ■ 3/9/2017 Member Since: 02/25/09 Post: 8 of 19 tom525 I'd do the first Bi's. She's going to look great, and with a chin without surgery or an implant. I usually try to get a "lips at rest" shot on these cases. Also, an anterior dental with mouth open. Can't wait to see the transformation. Or are we all missing something? ■ Member Since: 06/18/08 Post: 9 of 19 3/9/2017 Fenrisúlfr Not at all ... just trying to get an idea for treatment options/goals, etc. ■ 3/9/2017 Member Since: 02/25/09 Post: 10 of 19 davidharnick Given that there are no profile concerns, I would treat as non-extraction with IPR. Uprighting the posterior segments. Not with your favorite appliance. ■ Member Since: 08/28/02 Post: 11 of 19 3/9/2017 Ended up extracting U/L 4s and all 8s (mid-Tx). Had to terminate treatment at 24 months since she was getting married. There are definitely deficiencies that I wish I had addressed earlier, especially the lower 1s. I was so focused on space closure first. The GP built up the U3s to the extent possible, but there is a small space distal to the UR3 to close which I would need to equilibrate the palatal of the U2s and intrude and retract the U2-2 (ran out of time). Better anchorage control could have allowed more retraction and facial change. Also, seems like both MLs are off to the R? ■ Fenrisúlfr Member Since: 02/25/09 Post: 12 of 19 orthotown.com \\ MAY 2017 23http://www.orthotown.com
