The insight I need is: What is the expected status of the palatal bone in an adult unilateral complete cleft? Would it possibly be possible to attach a TAD-retained expander to the noncleft side? Could we use it unilaterally to move the left buccal segment facially? Has anyone seen a TAD-retained expander used unilaterally in a patient of any age? Thanks for any help you can give.
