Allison Li (NY)
NATIONAL
PARLIAMENTARIAN
Allison Li is a rising senior at Williamsville
East High School in the state of New
York. Currently serving as the New York
State President, she has been an active
member of FBLA since freshman year.
She became the National Champion in
Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure
during her sophomore year. Throughout
her junior year, she served as International
Communications Director on the National
Eastern Region Council, as well as State and
Chapter Parliamentarian. Outside of FBLA,
Allison serves as the academic captain of
Science Olympiad and President of the
Chinese Youth Club of Western New York.
She hopes to aid the members of FBLA
in pursuing their passions by fully taking
advantage of the countless opportunities
FBLA provides.
Ilanora Peterson (ND)
MOUNTAIN PLAINS
REGION VP
Ilanora Peterson will be a senior at
May-Port CG Highschool in North Dakota.
She has been a devoted member to FBLA
since 2018. From her first FBLA local chapter
meeting, Ilanora knew she could make a
difference in FBLA and provide leadership
in her community. She served as local
chapter historian in 2019, and local chapter
social media coordinator for the past two
years. Ilanora was also recently elected as
the North Dakota Region IV Vice President.
Ilanora shares her passion for FBLA at
the local and state level by motivating
students to become leaders in their school
as well as leading community projects to
promote membership. Since her freshman
year, Ilanora has excelled in competitive
events such as Job Interview and has
consistently placed in the top five at the
State Competition, qualifying for nationals
twice. During her free time, you can find
her playing softball, singing showtunes, or
playing musical instruments.
Soukeyna Dale (WI)
NORTH CENTRAL
REGION VP
Soukeyna Dale is a rising senior at Oak
Creek High School in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
As a three-year member, she's become a
two-time local chapter officer, a three-time
national competitor, has completed 3
BAA and 2 CSA levels, was featured in the
2020 Tomorrow's Business Leaders Fall
publication, and was just recently elected as
the 2021-2022 WI Region 7 Vice President.
In her free time, she loves being involved
in her school and community, scrolling
through Twitter and binge-watching
Criminal Minds.
