FBLA TBL December 22 - 4

By FBLA High School National President Aarav Dagar
Dear FBLA Colleagues and Advisers,
Happy Holidays! As we gear up for the year's most joyous time, there is much
to be thankful for. First and foremost, we have accomplished so much as an
organization in one semester. But the fun is just starting; look for more coming
your way next year!
Since the Fall edition of Tomorrow's Business Leader, we have
continued to help our members grow through new learning and networking
opportunities, culminating in our two National Fall Leadership Conferences
(NFLCs) in Denver, Colorado and Orlando, Florida. These conferences proved
to be fantastic experiences for our members and advisers, and we hope you use
the skills you learned from these events in the months to come. Special thanks
to Colorado FBLA and Florida FBLA for your hospitality and care. Your hard
work does not go unnoticed.
Besides the two NFLCs, we continued to enhance our social media
presence. In addition, the National Officers have hosted several events-including a training
for Nevada chapter leaders in Las Vegas-planned for FBLA Week in February, and created a
Networking Toolkit that we hope helps our members succeed both while in FBLA and afterward.
Looking forward, we have a lot more to come, including local competitions, district and
statewide conferences, and the 2023 National Leadership Conference (NLC) in Atlanta, Georgia.
Before we get there, we have six months to continue cultivating resources and participating in
events to prepare for an NLC like no other.
One of these events is one of my favorites: FBLA Week! Join your National Officers for a fun
week filled with live broadcasts, friendly competitions, and opportunities to connect with your
FBLA family from across the nation. I am excited for all the things we have in store from February
5-11, 2023 - stay tuned for more information.
As this marks the halfway point in my FBLA leadership career, I would like to thank all our
members and advisers for their continued support. You have made this first part of my National
Officer journey extraordinary, and I am beyond grateful that you have trusted me to serve you
during such a momentous year! Alexandria, Noah, Lyria, Deborah, Krisha, Sophia, Natalie, Steven,
and I are having a fantastic time creating resources that are sure to leave a strong impact.
Lastly, as this TBL wraps up the 2022 calendar year, there is much to reflect on and take in as
an organization. Not only did we unveil a new brand, but we have introduced many new live events
and resources to the organization, and we look forward to bringing you more next year. This year
created many great memories for me, as I hope it did for you, and I cannot wait to write this new
chapter in my journey alongside my FBLA family. Let's make this new year one to remember!
