Iowa FBLA students met Iowa Lieutenant Governor Adam Gregg
at the State Capitol. The visit allowed Gregg to learn more about
FBLA activities in Iowa and around the nation. " Keep up the great
work! " he told them.
High School National President Aarav Dagar met with Congressman
Gus Bilirakis (R-Fla.), who represents Dagar in Congress. He even
showed Bilirakis the December issue of Tomorrow's Business Leader,
which featured Dagar and the other National Officers on the cover!
Komachin Middle School teacher Kate Reece in Lacey, Washington,
was one of the lucky FBLA advisers to receive flowers on
Thoughtful Thursday. Reece said, " The beautiful flowers were
delivered in the middle of class... and it was the perfect surprise.
I appreciate the opportunity for my students to have a way to
acknowledge me and how you facilitated such a perfect thank
you. It really touched me. It was pretty epic to see my chapter
president's face when the flowers were delivered. I showed
her the card and reminded her that her words, her actions,
her thoughtfulness set this moment into motion. It was pretty

High School National Parliamentarian Lyria Zhu, High School
North Central Region Vice President Natalie Coon, and Collegiate
Vice President of Financial Development James Hulce met with a
representative from Senator Tammy Baldwin's (D-Wis.) office while in
Washington, DC. Coon and Hulce hail from Wisconsin and shared the
importance of FBLA's work with the senator's staff.
