I'm David Novak, co-founder and
the former CEO of Yum! Brands and the
creator of Lead4Change Student Leadership
Program. I'm so passionate about
working with students like you because
leadership skills are the key to success
in school and in life. I believe that strong
leaders can make a BIG difference in their
community and even in the world, and I KNOW you have it

program, you will acquire and practice important skills that

Lead4Change is all about you taking the leadership principles
that are in the lessons and bringing them to life with your
service project. Through the lessons, you bring chapter members
together, develop an action plan to solve a problem in
your school or community, create a people map, an elevator
speech, and much more. Now when it
comes to leadership, you've got to get
excited about what you do, so look
around, talk to local charities, and really
take some time to research what
problems need to be fixed.

Many FBLA Chapters
have entered their
Lead4Change projects
in the Lead4Change
Challenge and have
won more than
$150,000.00 over the
past 10 years for their
non-profit charities or
schools! FBLA Chapters
also enter their Lead4Change projects in their state and
national Competitive events. Deadline dates for the
Challenge are February 11 and May 13, 2022. You can
enter by any deadline.
This program not only teaches you how to lead today,
but also gives you skills that will make a difference

Over 1,600 FBLA chapters are participating in Lead4Change
