Throughout my career, I have loved learning from great leaders
by asking questions. I love it so much that I now have a podcast
How Leaders Lead with David Novak. On my podcast, I get to
share stories from some of the most accomplished leaders of
our time about how they lead and how they get such incredible
things done. But what has stood out to me among the leaders I
talk to the most is that they've all demonstrated a real commitment
to continuous learning throughout their careers. They all
learn by doing. They all ask a lot of questions and then they listen
closely for real insights. They even learn by failing like I have.
I have talked to leaders like:
* Tom Brady who leads with " heart "
* Evan Spiegel, the guy who invented SnapChat taught me
to lead with " kindness "
* Kendra Scott, Founder of Kendra Scott who leads
by " being simple "
* Tony Xu, Founder of Doordash learned to lead with
" clarity & process "
* 15-year-old Mikaila Ulmer CEO of Me and the Bees Lemonade
says that she leads with " bee fearless - bee the change "
* Dan Cathy, CEO and Chairman of Chick-fil-A leads with " faith "
* Kevin Johnson, CEO of Starbucks leads with " joy "
And there are so many others! I truly believe leaders
aren't just born. YOU can be a leader just like any
one of these top leaders in the world today.

Take a second and really ask
yourself these questions:
* When will you begin
to build on your
leadership skills?
* What will be your
leadership style?
* How will you accomplish
your Big Goals?
This is how you make a difference in
the world! Because if we all get after
it, I guarantee that we ALL can really
make a difference - and have fun
