FBLA Members:
Are you ready for
your next challenge?
TKS (The Knowledge Society) is looking for high schoolaged
students who want to apply their FBLA skills in
a real-world capacity with some of the world's most
forward-thinking brands.
Twice a year, TKS offers four-week
sprints called Challenges, where global
teams of teens work together to solve
real-world problems that these companies
don't have answers to. That's where
you come in.
Here are some of the companies
and challenges students have been
solving this 2022-23 program year:
* Amazon Alexa: Amazon sells a wide
array of Alexa-enabled products,
but they are looking to create the
next big thing. What product would
Gen Z use daily, and how can Alexa
be integral in the experience?
* Walmart Blue Labs: How can
Walmart improve the customer
experience by developing simple
and scalable in-store digital
touchpoints or experiences that
further connect customers into
our digital journey?
* Mastercard Foundation: How
can Mastercard allocate its
funds and resources appropriately
while also generating 30
million jobs for youth in Africa
by 2030?
FBLA students typically excel
at these challenges because
of previous case competition
experience. And because when you
solve real-world problems, you get
real-world incentives.
Last program year, several of our
students earned summer internships
to work on the Walmart Blue Labs
innovation team because of the
quality of their recommendations-
and the training in our program.
In our global virtual program,
you'll be working with students from
close to 70 different countries.
You're going to be working in a
globalized world, so you might as
well be training for it.
Our early application deadline is

TKS is more than just real-world
consulting challenges. Take a look

Our students join TKS with
no background in technology or
sciences and by the end of their first
year are completing master's- and
PhD-level projects in areas like AI,
Blockchain, Genomics, Quantum
Computing, and Nanotech.
Some of the youngest employees
at Microsoft, OpenAI, SpaceX, IBM,
Google were all TKS students as early
as 15 years old, and our alumni have
gone on to start venture-backed
companies as early as 18. We have
very strong relationships with the
tech/innovation ecosystem globally
and are on a mission to bring our
mentors, resources, and programs to
high-potential young people regardless
of their geography.
