Luis Caraballo Ortiz
NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF
FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Luis Caraballo is a freshman student
at the University of Puerto Rico,
Mayaguez Campus, studying a BA in
Science of Accounting.
Luis started his journey at the
Madison Kraemer
NATIONAL PARLIAMENTARIAN
Madison Kraemer is a junior majoring
in marketing, advertising and digital
media at the University of Northern
Iowa, with a triple-minor in ethics,
economics, and organizational
leadership.
FBLA-PBL organization back in 2016 in
Chapter 15469 of his high school Segundo Ruiz Belvis. During
his years in the FBLA organization, Luis became a local,
regional, and state president of Puerto Rico FBLA and even a
member of the Eastern Region National Council back in 2019.
In his positions, his major focuses were to increase
membership, develop new and interesting activities, and
provide better communication between the members and
the officer's team. Also, during the 2019 NLC, Luis achieved
Second Place at the Local Chapter Annual Business Report.
After graduating from high school with a 4.00 GPA and with
a Certification as an Accounting Assistant, Luis started his
college legacy last year during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since then, Luis became president of the Puerto Rico PBL
Virtual Chapter and a member of other organizations from
his college. Since then, he has worked hard in promoting his
chapter and offer webinars that are relevant for the members.
Today his hard work has given results with having over 37
students affiliated and with over nine virtual activities realized.
In 2020=2021, Luis was a member of the Competitive Events
Committee where he gave recommendations, suggestions,
and ideas for improving the events program.
She has been a member of FBLAPBL
for over five years and has held various leadership
positions. Currently, Madison serves as her local chapter
president and the Iowa PBL State President. This past year,
she was chosen to be a member of the national social media
ambassador team working as a videographer, a role that she
enjoyed immensely.
Outside of being a member of the organization, Madison
dedicates her time to school, working as a peer mentor in
the college of business at her university, and serving on
the executive board of her local chapter of the American
Marketing Association.
Madison is a devoted FBLA-PBL member who aims to give
back to students and help them move forward with their
goals and aspirations as rising business professionals.
National Officer
Teams Get to
Work at the
National Center
During the week of July 19, the 2021-22
National Officer Teams started their program
of work at the National Center. The group
met with various professional staff members
from FBLA-PBL to plan their leadership
strategy for the year ahead. On Wednesday,
the team visited Washington, DC to meet
with various members of Congress on
Capital Hill and attend ACTE Briefs with
the U.S. Department of Education.
