Program
Highlights
Success starts with service, education, and progress. During the 2021-22 membership
year, FBLA-PBL will highlight each of these areas that guide our mission of inspiring and
preparing students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society.
As part of the FBLA-PBL Creed, our organization believes that " education is the right of
every person... every person should take responsibility for carrying out assigned tasks in
a manner that brings credit to self, associates, school, and community... and [we have] the
responsibility to work efficiently and to think clearly. " Education at FBLA-PBL is design to
help enhance leadership skills in school and community as well as help students create a
portfolio of accomplishments. For 2021-22 the following programs are available to active
paid members through the new Learning Center at learn.fbla-pbl.org.
Participating students have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, expand
their business knowledge, contribute to their local communities, and earn recognition
by immersing themselves in their school and communities.
FBLA-Middle Level LEAD Award
The LEAD Awards are an individual achievement award
program open to all active, paid FBLA-ML middle school
students. There are two levels to the LEAD Awards.
EXPLORE AWARD
Members are introduced to the foundations
of FBLA and learn how to best take
advantage of the opportunities available to
members through three courses:
1. Welcome to FBLA-ML
2. Making the Most of Your Experience
3. Introduction to Leadership
ASPIRE AWARD
These 4-hour courses take a deep
dive into specialized content areas.
Courses may be repeated. New
courses continue to be added
throughout the year.
