Your dedication to the Dental industry, especially during these unprecedented times, is fundamental to its continuous growth. We all have been through a very difficult time and your personal commitment to stand strong and move forward is remarkable. We hope you understand how much we value your patronage. We have been working closely with the Javits Center and health authorities to better understand which health and safety requirements may be in place at the time of our event and will keep this page updated as additional guidance is provided. The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country, featuring Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation which is a gold standard of prepared facilities and demonstrates their commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and sanitization. In addition, the Javits Center has installed hospital-grade, High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve filtration, with the entire volume of air in the venue exchanged five times a day. PROOF OF VACCINATION: The Greater New York Dental Meeting is requiring all Attendees and Exhibitors to be fully vaccinated. Proof of Vaccination is required when registering. No Exceptions. GUEST & CHILDREN: Guest and Children 12 years and up must be fully vaccinated and show proof when registering. FACE MASKS: As required by current health guidelines, face masks are to be worn by all guests while indoors at the Javits Center. Complimentary masks will be provided to our guests. ENHANCED CLEANING: WILL BE IN EFFECT INCLUDING: Continuous sanitization and cleaning throughout the course of the event, with a focus on " high-touch areas. " PERSONAL HYGIENE STATIONS: Hand Washing Facilities and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event and in public spaces. 17
