Under McMillen's leadership, Muskego High
School's co-curricular programming has
blossomed into one of the most formidable

CMAA. In his free time, Davanzo works as a leadership
consultant for the George Mason University wrestling
team's coaching staff.
PIPER LINDSEY
Girls Basketball Head Coach,
Barren County High School
Lindsey's first head girls basketball
coaching position was at Harrison County
High School in Cynthiana, Kentucky,
when she was 24. At Barren County High School, she has
accumulated a record of 89-41, two district championships,
one regional championship, and state quarterfinalist of the
KHSAA Sweet 16. She spends a lot of time with her mother
and father as well as her two sisters - one newlywed, and
the other engaged.

County Schools
Speight is a physical educator and athletic
director in his eighth year of educationbased
athletics. Prior to his career in
education, he served in numerous roles in the recreation
field and continues to do so. He's a Certified Athletic
Administrator with a master's degree in health and
physical education. Speight has coached several sports
and currently leads a middle school athletic program of
16 teams, in which he implemented every aspect with the
assistance of school administration.
RYAN GRAVES
Football Co-Offensive Coordinator,
Temple High School
Graves has 12 years of coaching
experience in roles as assistant head
coach, offensive coordinator, recruiting
coordinator, middle school athletic liaison, and college
readiness coordinator. He has mentored student-athletes
to the following accomplishments: academic All-State
recognition, two-times state champion, All-American
recognition, 50 college scholarship athletes, and NFL
players. Graves and his wife, Krystal, share two children:
Rylee (6) and Bryce (4).
programs in Wisconsin. In the calendar year of 2018,
Muskego racked up six state championships along with
numerous conference sportsmanship awards and studentathlete
achievement recognition. Known for his shared
decision-making model of operation, McMillen would be the
first to say that the successes of MHS are attributed to all
the great people involved in its 1Warrior culture.
SAM SCHILL
Co-Founder, Varsity Bound
Schill has been involved in many sport
software projects, including Quik Stats
Iowa, ASPi Meetz, and Tourney Machine
(bought by Time Inc. in 2016). Building off
of these experiences, he and his partners are building a
state of the art high school sports software called Varsity
Bound that is aimed to serve state associations, conferences
and schools. A proud Iowan, Schill is married and has three
hopeful varsity athletes that he loves to coach.
