Using the Cool Farm Tool to Collect
and Report On-farm Sustainability
Outcomes
The demand from potato buyers for
information related to the sustainability of
potato production is increasing. The Potato
Sustainability Alliance (PSA) program is
constantly improving its data collection,
analysis, and reporting efforts. Recently, PSA
engaged the Cool Farm Tool as an optional
tool added to the program. In this session, we
will introduce the Cool Farm Tool, and explore
ways its outputs will be available to growers
and supply chain partners who subscribe to
PSAs program.
