Edmonton Potato Growers is a licensed cooperative agricultural
organization consisting of 10 family farms that have been producing seed
and table potatoes for nearly 60 years.
The group began in the Edmonton, Alberta area with an innovative
alternative to conventional produce marketing: by working together
and avoiding competing with one another, they could improve their
efficiency AND be more profitable.
Centralized sales, marketing, washing, packing and distribution
further cemented the idea of the cooperative with subsequent
generations of EPG growers.
EPG has a long and successful history of supplying top quality, high
performance seed potatoes to all major production areas in North
America, as well as supplying many certified seed producers with high
generation, high-quality material for their own recertification use.
Truly inspired by the generations that preceded and in keeping with

assembly, and service department are only a few of the drastic changes to
the facility. Spudnik Equipment acquired STC Trailers the beginning of
2020 to increase the logistic line of equipment offered.
SPUDNIK is holding its first annual SPUDNIK Ag Summit Jan. 20-21,
2020 at the Manufacturing Facility in Blackfoot, Idaho. All are welcome to
come visit the plant to learn more about SPUDNIK Equipment, network
with others in the industry, and participate in educational seminars.
