HM.Clause specializes in the

Adonis
A tall, barrel-shaped pumpkin with
deep ribbing on its rind - a picture of
uniformity. This variety matures at 30
pounds and features long, thick Harris
Moran handles that fasten firmly to
the body of the fruit. Adonis
effloresces on the vine in reliable
numbers, and the rich orange hue is
consistent across yields. This attractive
pumpkin - with its impressive
shoulders - also offers an intermediate
resistance to Px (powdery mildew/
podosphaera xanthii).
Olympus
The renowned orange carver
has performed well from coast to
coast, delivering reliable yields and
boasting a unique ability to set in the
Southeast. Its strong vine facilitates
the production of a well-adapted
crop. Its fused Harris Moran handle
supports the large, rounded fruits -
which mature at a weight between
25-35 pounds. Olympus also features
superior consistency in terms of
fruit set and color. Its solid mediumorange
rind is an archetypal feature
for its genus, and HM.Clause is
confident that this variety will serve
pumpkin buyers well for many years
to come. Like Adonis, it also offers an
intermediate resistance to Px.
Bartram
Bartram is the new adaptable dwarf
green bean variety that sets well in
warmer planting slots from spring
to summer. It matures as an upright
plant for an efficient harvest. The crop
has already received overwhelmingly
positive reports on its yields and
quality in small multi-acreage trials.
A strong disease resistance package
- including high resistance to Ua
(ust caused by the specified races of
Uromyces appendiculatus), BCMV
(bean common mosaic virus) and
BCTV (Curly top caused by beet curly
top virus) - helps produce consistent
yields for a reliable return. The fiveand-a-half-inch
pods detach from the
vine with caps and stems - a feature
that aids in extending the product's
shelf-life. The smooth, straight pods
are also ideal for a bagged product in
the marketplace.
Summer Celebration
Summer Celebration is a new
Sh2 yellow sweet corn variety. The

crop's sturdy plant, desirable husk
package and extended shelf-life have
contributed to its distinction as the
first variety to join HM.Clause's
rebranded Quality Elite lineup. The
bright yellow ear, deep bite, and

optimal for consumer satisfaction.
Summer Celebration is an early season
variety, ready to harvest in seventyfive
days, and the ears are handsome
and consistent down to the rowing and
tip-fill.
Red Coral
Red Coral is a determinate grape
tomato that produces uniform fruits.
It boasts a high-yield potential and
a comprehensive disease resistance
package, including added intermediate
resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus
(TSWV) - which aids in maintaining
its traditional tomato taste. The deep
red color is consistent among yields,
and this new variety will retain
its flavor and Brix all the way to
the consumer.
Deputy
A hybrid cantaloupe designed for
California's Central Valley, Deputy is
JADEITE
recognizable by its netted skin and
deep orange internal color. This main
season melon produces high yields
for maximum profit, a round-to-oval
shape at harvest and a high resistance
to Ag and an intermediate resistance to
Fom. The fruit enjoys a long shelf-life
and bins in groups of nine.
Jadeite
Jadeite is an early maturity
honeydew with glistening green flesh
hidden beneath a smooth rind. It is a
uniformly round fruit, well-adapted
for main melon growing areas, and it
thrives in cool to warm conditions.
The high Brix and excellent taste
distinguish it in the marketplace, and
this gem-like melon also features an
intermediate resistance to Px and
a high resistance to Fom. It bins in
groups of five or six.
