Discounted Hotel Rates
We've negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number
of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Las Vegas
affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and are available
on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be aware that Orchid Events is the only officially endorsed
hotel provider for EMS World Expo. If you choose to book with a
vendor not endorsed by EMS World Expo, we strongly encourage
you to verify their credentials before doing business with them,
and then independently confirm that your reservation has in fact
been made/will be honored by directly contacting your chosen
hotel and/or airline.

The cutoff date for the discounted rates
is Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

When booking your hotel accommodations, a valid credit card is required as
all reservations have a required non-refundable deposit of up to 2 nights. This
deposit will be applied to your guest folio upon check-in. If you cancel your
reservation, this deposit is non-refundable.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Orchid Events is the only official hotel provider associated with EMS
World Expo. Although other hotel resellers may contact you and offer
accommodations for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with
the conference. Be aware that entering into financial agreements with
non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences for you. If you have

*All rates are subject to prevailing state and local occupancy
taxes currently at 16.9%/night + $5.00/night Georgia state
hotel/motel fee.
