A former law clerk for the Honorable Madelyn S.
Fudeman, Miranda Lee is Associate Counsel at the
Board of Veterans Appeals for the U.S. Department
of Veterans Affairs. Prior to her current position, she
worked as a prosecuting attorney for the Pennsylvania
Department of State and served as a parole agent
and corrections officer before starting her legal career.
Miranda graduated with honors from Penn State
University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal
Justice and earned a law degree from Widener School
of Law. She completed her first half-marathon in May
in Washington, D.C. and enjoys hiking, yoga, small
home improvement projects, crafts, cooking, baking,
puzzles, and occasionally, board games. Miranda is
also a frequent traveler, visiting family members across
the country. Earlier this year she went hiking in the
Bay Area, visited the redwoods in wine country and
stopped in Colorado Springs for a lantern tour of the
Cave of the Winds, which was memorable because of
the unexpected experience of 10 minutes in complete
darkness. She's looking forward to a fall adventure in
the Azores.
