District Attorney John T. Adams was named
president of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys
Association in July to serve a term of one year.
Well-deserved honor, John.

As part of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section
Conference in July at Richmond, Virginia, George Lutz (left) and
Fred Mogel (right) were on a panel discussing "Debt, Bankruptcy
and Divorce." The seminar was planned and coordinated by Jill Scheidt
(center), who serves on the Section's Executive Council. George is with
Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern & Lutz, P.C. Fred is with Mogel,
Speidel, Bobb & Kershner, and Jill is a partner at Masano ♦ Bradley.
Fred and Jill are Co-Chairs of the BCBA's Family Law Section.

Timothy G. Dietrich, of the

Reading office of Barley Snyder, spoke at
the Food Law and Regulation Forum
in Chicago, as part of a panel discussion
on liability faced by food industry
executives under the Park Doctrine,
the Yates Memo and the Federal Food,
Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Also in July, Susanna Fultz, Law
Clerk to the Honorable James M.
Lillis, attended the Pennsylvania Bar
Association's Young Lawyers Summer
Summit. Sue will be the 2018 President
of the BCBA's Young Lawyers Section.
