the first expandable and contractible NJ condo to facilitate phased development of
several hundred townhomes. His law practice includes all aspects of finance: design,
development, construction, and operation of sports and entertainment facilities,
including leases with professional sports teams, concessionaire and vendor contracts,
naming, pouring rights, and premium seating agreements. Also, the creation and
operation of partnerships and joint ventures and partnership and joint venture
disputes, limited liability companies, corporations, eminent domain proceedings,
acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and businesses, and entity
governance and governance board disputes.

Retirement

Liz also volunteers, through Family Services of
Chester County, to drive people without transportation to
medical appointments. In addition, Harry volunteers in
one of the food kitchens that the Food Bank serves in the
Coatesville area.
Harry has been certified as a substitute teacher in
Pennsylvania and is serving as such in the Downingtown
School District, as the schedule permits. We have been
regularly traveling to visit our children, who reside in
Honolulu, Austin, Texas and Annapolis, Maryland. We
are active members of the Downingtown YMCA and
regularly take advantage of the many Chester County
hiking trails. We also travel to New Jersey and Delaware
beaches whenever we have an opportunity. We find
retirement to be fulfilling, and, although we don't miss
the work, we do miss the people at our law firm, our
legal colleagues and our many long-time clients. While
retirement is not for everyone, it is working out very
well for us. We suggest planning ahead for activities in
retirement and comprehensive financial analysis in any
retirement consideration.
