" Latisha Bernard Schuenemann was appointed to a three-year term, which started January 1, as a member of the Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Procedural Rules Committee. She is a shareholder with Leisawitz Heller and Chair of the Berks County Bar Association's Orphans Court Rules Committee. Congratulations to Kourtney E. Bernecker and Shane Puhlman on their engagement. Kourtney is an associate attorney at Kozloff Stoudt while Shane is the Northeastern Region Human Resources Representative for Penske Logistics. Kourtney and Shane are planning a pandemic-free wedding in 2022 with Kourtney's father officiating the ceremony.
