I think it is a wonderful idea to promote health by experiencing and interacting outdoors. I know that for us being outside in nature adds perspective to life, helps us step back and remember what is important, helps us slow down from life's busy pace, allows time to connect with each other free of distractions & technology, is refreshing, can spark creativity, and the exercise itself (even walking) is invigorating. -Emily Bundy (for husband Jason and family) WINTER 2020 | 19
