W

e annually seek to showcase the talents and abilities of our
members through the Pyramid Awards Program. Year after year,
we are amazed by the entries. Their craftsmanship, great design, and
true value represent the pride and professionalism of our members.
Winning a Pyramid Award means something special to our members,
and we hope that it will to you also!

Pyramid is a fitting name for our awards program, not taking its
symbolism lightly. The bottom of the Pyramid represents a solid,
earthly foundation and the pointed top always focused, stretching
for something higher and better.The Pyramid is also a symbol of
human development, representing a sense of harmony and unity with
individual blocks or components adding toward the eventual goal.

The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg is a
strong community of passionate craftsman, innovators and problem solvers. Our members are local, committed to involvement in
their communities, and proud to serve and be part of an industry
that upholds one of the cornerstones of the American Dream -
Home Ownership.

Our members continue to stride towards the goal of building the
best home possible, remodeling homes to make them stronger and
more efficient, and creating spaces that meet the needs and desires
of families. Why should you use a member of the HBA for your next

of honesty, integrity, and fair dealings with customers, clients, employees, business associates and association members as described in

Our members are truly the best of the best when it comes to new
home construction, remodeling, interior and exterior design, landscaping, and other components of the light construction industry.
The Pyramid Awards and their ten divisions cover a wide breadth
of projects, and the judging criteria sets a high bar for the entries.
Projects are judged by industry professionals from outside our area
who were chosen for their knowledge of construction and market
understanding.
