The purpose of this seminar was to educate attorneys
on the potential ethical pitfalls related to technology. The
Seminar featured Speaker Josh J.T. Byrne, Esq., a partner at
Swartz Campbell with the Philadelphia office's professional
liability group, licensed to practice in state and federal courts
in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Byrne concentrates on
the representation of professionals in a variety of matters. He
is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Professional
Liability Committee, and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar
Association's Professional Guidance Committee. Mr. Byrne
is also a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary
Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He obtained his
J.D. from Rutgers University. Following graduation from law
school, Mr. Byrne worked for two years in the honors program
of the Department of Justice as a law clerk for administrative law
judges.
