What You Need to Know to E-FILE in Delaware County ...
On Monday, October 29, 2018, the Electronic E-Filing (E-File)
system for Civil cases in the Delaware County Office of Judicial
Support (OJS) became mandatory requiring parties to E-file legal
papers in OJS.

The Landlord Tenant Update focused
on residential tenant security deposits
and issues surrounding service animals
in housing. The program also covered
landlord-tenant law, understanding the
rights under the law, and the landlordtenant court procedures.
