At the Helm

In charge; acting as the leader of something. The phrase originated as a nautical
term, meaning "in the position to steer a ship."

Craig B. Huffman, President

Patrick T. Daley, Recording Secretary

Craig is a member of the Eckell Sparks law firm,
where he specializes in family law and Orphans'
Court litigation. He was a past President of the
DCBA Family Law Section and a former Chair
of the Orphans' Court Rules Committee. Craig
also lectures extensively on family law issues.

Patrick is a partner at the law firm of Sweeney
and Neary, and his Practice is focused on family
law. He was the 2017 President of the DCBA
Family Law Section and a former President
of the Young Lawyers' Section. Pat is also
active on a number of other Bar Association
Committees.

Robert F. Kelly, Jr., President-Elect

Rachael L. Kemmey, Corresponding Secretary

Bob is an attorney at Holsten and Associates,
where his practice concentrates on Workers'
Compensation. He has been an active member
of the DCBA, serving as Chair of the By-Laws
Committee and as a past President of the Guy
G. deFuria Inn of Court. Bob was also a past
member of the Villanova University School of
Law Alumni Board of Directors.

Rachael is a graduate of Widener School of Law
and currently serves as the Judicial Law Clerk to
the Honorable John P. Capuzzi, Sr. She has been
very active with the DCBA, serving as Chair of
the Membership and Orientation Committee and
as a past Editor of the Delaware County Legal
Journal.

Karen E. Friel, Vice President

DIRECTORS

Karen is a solo practitioner who handles
criminal defense, family law, estate, and
Children and Youth cases. She was formerly
employed by the Delaware County Public
Defender's Office and is an active member of
the Delaware County Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers.

member of the Young Lawyers' Section.
