Tax Assessments and Preparing for the Upcoming
Delaware County Revaluation

DCBA & TD Bank - FREE CLE Seminar
2.0 Hours of CLE Credits - 1.0 Substantive Law & 1.0 Ethics
2.0 Hours of CPE CPA Credits - 2.0 Tax
April 2017. The seminar covered tax assessment appeals and
handling tax assessment appeals from beginning to end, as well
as preparing for the county-wide reassessment recently ordered
by the Common Pleas Judge.
"Just because we're having a county-wide reassessment,
it doesn't mean you shouldn't still continue to handle tax
assessment appeals in the meantime and the appraisal that you
would get now can be a basis for any appeal of the county-wide
reassessment." Also discussed were the revaluation process and
what typical questions your client will have of you when they get
called by the reval company.
