Francis Zarrilli spoke to them about the
rule of law and how courts work.

talented Strath Haven High School

Good morning and welcome to this
celebration of freedom, there is no finer
place in the world to celebrate freedom
than in Delaware County!
Congratulations to all the awardees.
Thank you President Judge Kelly and
all on the Bench. Thank you to the
Bar Association, and all here at the
Courthouse, and all who labor every day
to protect the freedoms we hold dear.
I accept this honor in gratitude of the
citizens of Media and Delaware County,
and on behalf of all those who strive to
live up to the principles of the Themis
award.
...And, for those who know that
Media is the best place on earth for a
parade, except maybe on New Year's Day
(Mummers).
