The Corner of 1st & 1st: Protection from Abuse - The Nexus of
Criminal Law and Family Law; Maximizing your Recovery of
Damages and Winning at Trial and Civil Procedure Update; YLS
Update - Personal Injury and Estates & Trusts; School Discipline
and Safety Issues in the Modern Era; Harriet Tubman: A History
of the Underground Railroad; YLS Case Law DUI Update; New
Orphans' Court Guardianship Rules Overview; What Should the
Court Do? Applying Hot Topics to the Equitable Distribution
Factors; to the ever-popular Legal Jeopardy. Workshops
included...USI Affinity: Professional Liability Issues and
Elements of a Construction Claim. Two early morning video
CLEs were offered including...E-Filing in Delaware County and
Work Happens: The Nuts and Bolts of Workers' Compensation/
Social Security Disability.
