Congratulations!
McCarthy Engineering Associates, Inc. announces
Anthony Kells has been promoted to CADD Manager.
"Anthony's drive to maximize the usage of technology,
his mentoring skills and his broad industry experience
allow him to take over his new role and hit the
ground running," said Jim McCarthy, President,
McCarthy Engineering. Kells will be based out of
the Wyomissing office.

Tompkins VIST Bank
announced the following
promotions:
Stephanie Waits,
corporate secretary and
executive assistant to
the president and CEO,
has been promoted to
assistant vice president.
She is responsible for the
administrative activities of
the bank's chief executive
and board of directors.
Brian Teitsworth, an
underwriter in the
Commercial Loan
Operations group, has
been promoted to
officer. He is responsible
for reviewing and
recommending decisions
on small business credits for Tompkins Financial's four
member banks, including Tompkins VIST Bank.

Aelish Brooks, Chief
Financial Officer and Director
of Human Resources for
Good Life Companies, was
named one of Philadelphia
Business Journal 2020 CFO
of the Year Award winners
June 11. The prestigious CFO of the Year Awards are
presented annually to financial professionals in Greater
Philadelphia for outstanding performance in their roles
as corporate financial stewards.

RKL LLP announced that it
has welcomed Melissa R.
Osika, CPA, to its growing
Financial Management
Solutions (FMS) Practice.
Osika joins an FMS team
that delivers clients reliable
metrics and better insights
into financial performance
for improved decisionmaking. FMS serves clients
across the U.S., ranging
from start-ups to large enterprises, with a focus on
the professional services, home healthcare, retail,
construction and real estate development industries.

its 2020 40 Under 40. Based
on accomplishments to

The Power of the Purse in Berks County awarded $60,000 in grants through
Berks County Community Foundation to eight organizations. That is the largest
annual amount the group has distributed since it was formed in 2012.
