It is also important to keep your
employees engaged. Engagement is
woven into our culture and practiced
daily. Examples of employee engagement
you'll find at TRIOSE are
quarterly employee feedback surveys,
service luncheons, regular 1:1 meetings,
an interactive HRIS Homepage that
highlights our team members, and on
many occasions you will find our team
in a very competitive step challenge or
costume contest. During our yearend
celebration, we also recognize six
individuals as our TRIOSE Champions.
These team members are nominated by
their peers and recognized for conveying
excellence in one of the following
categories: Teamwork, Respect,
Innovation, Outstanding (performance),
Service, Engagement and Sales.
Unique to TRIOSE is our TRIOSE
University. While we are not an
accredited educational institution, we
do use our internal team and their
" tribal knowledge " as our professors
and offer courses to promote continuous
professional development. We
currently offer more 30 courses that
allow our team to understand different
business units, master a new skill, and
increase overall TRIOSE knowledge.
TRIOSE is deeply committed to
corporate social responsibility and giving
back to the communities we serve.
TRIOSE's national charity of choice
is Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
(ALSF). We also recognize that giving
back to the community must come
from the community, which is why we
encourage TRIOSE team members
to get involved at the local level. We
allow our staff to take four hours
per month of company-paid time to
volunteer at charities of their choosing.
You can often find us delivering to
Meals on Wheels to people in need or
participating in local blood drives.
To provide our team members with
a menu of benefit options that may
be more aligned with their lifestyles
and needs, we have recently introduced
a program called TRIO$E
Benefit Buck$. Each person is given
a pre-determined amount of money
for which they can use to purchase
any combination of benefits from a
select menu. Some of the optional benefits
include extra PTO, payment of health
insurance premiums, credit towards
insurance deductible, dependent care,
student loan assistance, tuition reimbursement,
pet insurance and TRIOSE Swag.
Today, companies need to offer more than
competitive wages and benefits to attract
and retain quality talent. Employees need
to feel engaged, appreciated and challenged.
TRIOSE is successful because of the importance
we place on our people, as they are our
most valuable asset, so we strive to ensure
we are serving them, our customers, and our
community in the best way possible.
