ince Human Resources
had its start, professionals
have been taught all about
rules - how to make rules, how
to follow rules, and moreover,
how to enforce those rules.
What if I told you that Human
Resources is more than just rules
and regulations; that Human
Resources is individual to each
human involved.

We are told to keep home and professional lives separate but this
is easier said than done. In most cases 87% of people can't separate
home from work which causes roughly 76% to lose their job or
sight of their career path. How would you like to have zero percent
turnover and happy, productive employees? While this may be every
company's dream culture, not many succeed in executing that type
of environment.

Taking that into consideration, the question then becomes -
why would a company care about anything other than how well of
a job an employee does?

The "REAL Work" includes the things that employers often do
