hiring manager found that twenty applicants hold a Bachelor's
Degree and eight applicants hold a Master's Degree. The hiring
manager's search was narrowed to a total of 28 applicants within
seconds. The remaining 23 applicants could be promptly notified
that they are no longer being considered for the position. Of
the 28 remaining applicants holding the desired education, an
additional filter based on five or more years of experience resulted
