The comprehensive fertility center helps local women, men, and couples grow their
families by offering personalized fertility care close to home.

Dr. Moragianni works closely with a physician
assistant, Alisha Pinkerton, PA-C, who has specialized training in infertility. The 15-member
practice team also includes two embryologists,
and clinical and administrative support staff.

Health's services include diagnostic tests and
procedures, fertility treatments, and assisted
reproductive technologies to help patients meet
their reproductive goals.
Both men and women can have conditions
that cause infertility. About one-third of infertility results from women's challenges, and another
third from men's challenges. The remaining cases
are a mix of issues or circumstances that may
never be completely understood.
" Infertility treatment depends on several
factors, including the cause, how long you've
been trying to get pregnant, and your age, " Dr.
Moragianni said. " We design a personalized
plan for each patient to help meet their unique
reproductive goals. "
Conditions treated include primary and
secondary infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome
(PCOS), endometriosis, and recurrent pregnancy loss. The practice offers a full gamut of
fertility treatments, including ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination.

The on-site andrology and embryology lab is supported by Ovation Fertility, a
national leader in advanced reproductive techniques, equipment, and security.

For patients who require more advanced
treatments, assisted reproductive technology
options are supported by a state-of-the-art on-site
laboratory. These services include in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer (FET),
and pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT).

after overcoming health or personal issues that
affect fertility. This includes reproductive health
options for those with cancer who wish to preserve their fertility, or for patients interested in
electively preserving their fertility for future use.
Patients involved in infertility treatment
may experience emotional stress, marital stress,
depression, anxiety, or anger. The practice offers
counseling services to help address these issues
and cope with the challenges associated with
infertility. Full-time financial counseling is also
available, as fertility services often are not fully
covered within standard insurance plans.
Patients benefit from LG Health's partnership
with Penn Medicine, which has one of the two
top-funded reproductive research programs in
the nation and the only fertility-specific research
center in the Philadelphia region. Patients also
have access to clinical trials, many of which are
only available through Penn Medicine.
