Eastburn and Gray announces the addition of attorney Joan
Righter Price to the Tax Assessment Appeals, Litigation and
Real Estate practice groups at Eastburn and Gray. Prior to
joining the firm, Ms. Price served as Solicitor to the Montgomery
County Board of Assessment Appeals for more than 20 years.
She was selected to serve on the Pennsylvania Local Government
Commission's recently created Assessment Reform Task Force.

The Women's Center of Montgomery County presented The
Honorable Kelly C.Wall a special award at the Center's
annual volunteer brunch held on November 20, 2016 at the
William Penn Inn. The award was given to Judge Wall in
recognition of all of her and her staff's hard work on the new
protection from abuse procedural video.

Marc Robert Steinberg, partner at the Lansdale law firm
of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford served as a session
presenter at a seminar conducted by the Pennsylvania Bar
Institute entitled "Criminal Law Update." Mr. Steinberg led
a session on Ethics focusing on ethical landmines and Rules of
Professional Conduct. The seminar was held in Philadelphia on
Thursday, December 15, 2016.
On behalf of Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP),
Executive Director Mary C. Pugh, Esq. will receive the 2017
Distinguished Advocate Award from the Philadelphia Support
Center at their 40th Anniversary Benefit Reception & Auction,

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to
announce that attorney Merle R. Ochrach has been elected
Chair of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Theater, a
122 seat theater located on Main Street in Souderton, PA. 2017
marks her fourth year as a member of the Board. The theater
produces 5 plays per year on the Main Stage, a number of which
have won awards. The theater also provides children's workshops
and productions.

will and trust contests; real estate disputes; defamation and

Marc D. Jonas, of Eastburn and Gray, P.C., was selected
as moderator for a panel including two members of the
Montgomery County Board of Commissioners and the CEO
of the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board. The panel
discussion focused on government, tourism, and community
attraction and their connection to real estate development in
Montgomery County. The event took place on November 30,
2016 in Lansdale.
