Meet the Newest Additions to our Board of Directors

litigation, real estate litigation, and criminal law. Ethan has
counseled corporate and individual clients on a variety of
employment, commercial and criminal matters. Ethan also
appears regularly before the PA Human Relations Commission,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and has tried
cases in the federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm, Ethan was a Senior Deputy District
Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office,
where he served as a member of the Child and Sexual Abuse
Unit and prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases in the
Court of Common Pleas. Before joining the District Attorney's
Office, Ethan served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Edward
G. Biester, Jr., Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Ethan
is a member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks and Montgomery Bar
Associations. He has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute,
Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, Montgomery
Bar Association and People's Law School concerning
employment law and criminal law. Ethan is past president
of the Montgomery Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section,
past chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Employment
Law Committee, and past vice-chair of the Criminal Defense
Committee. Ethan has served as a Director of the Plymouth
Community Ambulance Association, has been a volunteer for
Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County and Bucks
County, and has served as a board member for the Montgomery
County Victim-Offender Conferencing program. A graduate
of Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations
(B.A. 1990), Ethan received his J.D. from The George
Washington University National Law Center in 1993. In 2003,
he attended the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University.

Patrice M. Turenne,
Esq.
Patrice M. Turenne is labor and
employment counsel for Bimbo
Bakeries USA, Inc. in Horsham,
PA. She provides advice and
support to Human Resources, Labor
Relations and all levels of operations
management on the full range of
employment and labor law issues.
She manages labor and employment claims, arbitrations,
and litigation. Previously, she was an associate attorney in
private practice where she focused her practice on labor and
employment matters providing advice and advocacy on a broad
range of matters involving both state and federal law.
In addition to her Montgomery Bar Association
involvement, Patrice is an active member of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association. Patrice is the current At-Large Chair to
Diversity of the PBA Young Lawyers Division. She is a member
of the Diversity Team, Minority Bar Committee and House of
Delegates.

Patrice is also active in her local community. She serves
on the Executive Board of The Garage Community and Youth
Center, a non-profit organization that provides afterschool
and development programming to low-income and diverse
youth. She also serves on the Whitemarsh Township Shade Tree
Commission which has administrative responsibility for the
Township's Tree Protection Standards.
Patrice is a graduate of Widener University School of
Law School. She also holds an B.A. from the University of
Pittsburgh and an M.A. from La Salle University.

Mark D. Turetsky, Esq.
After graduating Temple Law
School in 1975, Mark Turetsky joined
Mitchell Miller in Norristown and
has been a member of the firm of
Miller, Turetsky, Rule & McLennan
since 1979. Mr. Turetsky can best be
described as a " general practitioner "
with a special fondness and
concentration on insurance coverage
issues. His most notable achievement
was litigating the definitive decision on the issue of liability
insurance coverage for latent diseases before the Supreme Court
of Pennsylvania in France v. Allstate, 626 A.2d 502 (Pa. 1993).
Mr. Turetsky previously served on the Board of Directors in
the early 1980s. For the last 20 years, Mr. Turetsky has been a
member of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery CountyNorristown Public Library and has served two terms as its
President. He is also an active member of the Montgomery Inn
of Court program and has lectured, in addition to insurance
coverages issues, about the application of current due process
standards to historic trials such as those of Bruno Hauptmann
and Lizzie Borden. Mr. Turetsky is a proud graduate of Central
High School in Philadelphia. While slowing down, he still
makes time for his stamp collection.

Andrew J. Levin, Esq.
Chair, Young Lawyers Section
Andrew J. Levin currently serves
as the Chair of the Young Lawyers
Section. He graduated from the
University of Pittsburgh School of
Law, where he won First Place in the
Murray S. Love Trial Competition.
Andrew served as a clerk for the
District Attorney's Office as well as
a Summer clerk for a Federal Judge. He practices Criminal
Defense in all Pennsylvania state courts.
