Evelyn Rodriguez Devine and Patrick C.Timoney have
joined forces and opened up their own law group - Devine

Joan Righter Price, of Eastburn and Gray, PC, spoke at the
Assessors Association of Pennsylvania 2018 Annual Conference
on April 27, 2018 in Valley Forge. Her presentation entitled,
"Real Estate Litigation" reviewed recent court cases covering real
estate assessment and taxation issues and included an overview of
the appeal process, tax exemptions, and a legislative update.
McCausland Keen & Buckman is pleased to announce the
addition of Patrice M.Turenne as an Associate Attorney in the
firm's Litigation and Employment Practice Group. The core of
Patrice's experience is in litigation, with particular background in
employment disputes.

Pennsylvania's most respected business attorneys, Michael G.
Trachtman, has joined the firm to head our newly created

David L. Ladov recently moderated a panel for the Family

announce that Doug I. Zeiders was recently presented with

term as President from March 2014 through November 2017.
High Swartz LLP partner, Mary Cushing Doherty, helped
coordinate the course for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Family
Law Institute, held at the CLE Conference Center at the
Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia. Melissa M. Boyd, also
a partner at High Swartz LLP, acted as faculty for the Family
Law Institute. Boyd spoke on "Secret of Support Remedies,"
which focused on what goes on behind the walls of Domestic
Relations offices in Pennsylvania. Attorney Elizabeth C.
Early presented case law updates on divorce as well.
Ned Hark, a partner of the Law Firm of Goldsmith, Hark
& Hornak, P.C. in Philadelphia recently was a co-course
planner for the PBI Family Law Institute and presented the
Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Practice Course.
After leading Timoney Knox, LLP's corporate and tax practice
for the last 47 years, Michael O'Hara Peale, Jr. retired in
May 2018. Peale, of North Wales, began with the firm in 1971
and served as managing partner from 1987 until July 2007.
Lynne Kessler Lechter, founding partner of Lechter &
Sasso, P.C. in Philadelphia, was elected to the Republican State
Committee from Montgomery County for a four-year term.
