lounge outside of the Library.
Chairs and tables are
arranged to create a space for
members to gather, sit, and
socialize. Be sure to check out our new MBA Archives, a yearslong
project undertaken by the MBA Historical Committee
to organize our many photos and records from our 136-year
history. More on this substantial project is coming soon to the
pages of SIDEBAR!
We have also welcomed a new team
to manage our in-house restaurant and
catering operations. Lisa and Leon Kubis
bring decades of restaurant management
and culinary experience to the MBA. Our
Kitchen at the MBA Café will be open for
breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
Breakfast and coffee will be served from 8:30
AM - 11:30 AM and lunch will be served
from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Customers
will enjoy a wider selection in addition to more welcoming and
accommodating service. Check out the new menu at www.

For those who still feel trepidation with in-person gatherings,
the MBA will conduct a number of meetings and CLEs via a
" hybrid " model. Those individuals who cannot attend meetings
or CLEs at the MBA Building may attend remotely the same
meetings via Zoom. We have installed new microphones and
cameras in our CLE room to accommodate remote attendees.
Please notify the MBA if you would like your meeting to take
advantage of our new hybrid capability as availability is limited.
While we have made every effort to keep our members
connected to us and to each other in a virtual environment, we
cannot understate how much we look
forward to welcoming you back to the
MBA Building. Please join us for our
official " Welcome Back " celebration,
the MBA Open House, on July 21,
2021 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. In
addition to the Open House, please
see our Upcoming Events calendar on
