ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY
AND ETHICS MATTERS
STATEWIDE PENNSYLVANIA MATTERS
NO CHARGE FOR INITIAL CONSULTATION
I am very thankful to all who attended our Bench Bar
Conference at the Hotel Hershey. The beautiful venue and the
many attractions made for a fun and memory-filled weekend.
Having my wife and both daughters in attendance was like
getting a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup with a Hershey Kiss on
top!
Thanks to the hard work of our members and MBA staff,
the Robert E. Slota Summer 1L Diversity Program and the
Leadership Academy were big successes. Both programs
had record numbers and record participation by law firms
and county employers. A big shout out to Nancy Walsh for
administering both programs!
The Bar Association again strongly supported the
recommendations of our autonomous Judiciary Committee
Representation, consultation and expert testimony in
disciplinary matters and matters involving ethical issues,
bar admissions and the Rules of Professional Conduct
