I am very excited to become a part
of the PVMA DEI Committee. Being
both a male and of Hispanic ethnicity
I want to continue to encourage other
males and people of color to feel
comfortable and confident to pursue
a veterinary career. Ever since I met
Kathy Koar I have seen and admired
all her efforts in promoting diversity in
our field and I want to help her not only continue but elevate
it even more.
About Danny:
He is a 29-year-old Mexican and Puerto Rican male. He has
been in the veterinary field for about 13 years. He started
as a kennel technician and has moved throughout each
position, which has led him to the Practice Manager position
he currently holds at a small animal practice. He proudly
graduated from Harcum College in 2017. He mostly enjoys
anesthesia, emergency, and critical care. He is certified in
RECOVER and holds a certificate in small animal anesthesia
and analgesia.

Erica Wolbramsky, DVM

DEI is important to me because this
incredible profession will only be
made better by bringing people with
different ideas and backgrounds
together for collaboration. The PVMA
embraces DEI as essential to our goal
of representing and advocating for
the entire Pennsylvania veterinary
community to ensure its success. On
a personal level, I want my son to see
how diversity makes us stronger, and how important it is that
everyone is included and supported.

Providing small-animal veterinary cremation services to animal
hospitals and veterinary clinics in Central Pennsylvania.
The employees of Allied Veterinary Cremation, Ltd. understand
the importance of providing humane and dignified after-death
care for animal companions. Excellent customer service for all our
veterinary clients, regardless of size or corporate affiliation.

About Erica:
She is the current PVMA President-Elect and co-chair for the
DEI Committee. She graduated from the Royal Veterinary
College in 2009. Erica is the managing Veterinarian for
Creature Comforts Veterinary Hospital in East Norriton, PA. She
is a Fear-Free,
cat-friendly, small animal practitioner with a passion for
teaching. Outside of work, she enjoys movies and video
games with her husband and son. They have 4 cats: Bear,
Jake, and Elwood (The Blues Kitties), and Puff (The Stay Puft
Marshmallow Kitty).
