CRS

Certified Recovery Specialist

Person in recovery with expert training to assist others into the journey of recovery.

DDAP

Department of Drug and Alcohol Programming
(PA)

The Pennsylvania Single State Authority designated to engage, coordinate and lead
statewide efforts to prevent and reduce drug, alcohol and gambling addiction and
abuse; and to promote recovery.

DOC

Drug of choice

An illicit substance one is addicted to or tends to prefer.

EAP

Employee Assistant Program

A voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, shortterm counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees.
